Bandslam: The Not-So-Corny Teen Musical

While not considered a musical, Bandslam is all about finding that perfect sound. This movie stars Vanessa Anne Hudgens (among other musically talented cast members), but it’s nothing like High School Musical. HSM was for a younger audience. Bandslam focuses on serious teen issues, from not fitting in to parents dying to first kisses. It’s about finding who you are and being proud of showing that to the world. You should definitely see this film.
