Secret Agent 23 Skidoo

Secret Agent 23 Skidoo may be the longest name for a hip hop act I’ve ever heard and it’s certainly one of the most confusing. “23 Skidoo” was a popular phrase from the 1920′s that meant getting out while the getting’s good, but Secret Agent 23 Skidoo writes positive songs about accepting the harder parts of life, so why they’d want to advocate bailing when times get tough is beyond me.
Secret Agent 23 Skidoo may be a mouthful, but their debut album is called simply “Easy.” If you’re into the relaxing summertime jams of Bob Marley and like the inoffensive lyrics and whimsy of Will Smith, you’ll probably dig this record. It’s something you and your parents can listen to together.
